1) How to generate a QR Code Image from text in the text box. In order to successfully generate a QR Code Image from any text of your choice, please complete the following steps: First of all press the ‘Delete’ button (1) to ensure the screen is clear. Once the screen is clear, touch the ‘text box’ (2) to invoke your devices native keyboard for text entry. Once text entry is complete, you can hide the keyboard. You will now see your that your text is in the text box. To the left of the screen (3) you will notice 4 different error correction levels. You can simply click on the error correction level of your choice, which will then be reflected in the ‘Error Correction Indication’ panel of the QR.EASY user interface. Press the ‘Encode’ button (4) to instantly convert your text into a QR Code Image based on your error correction settings. Your QR Code Image will now appear in the middle of the screen (5) You will notice the indicator panel (6)at the top of the screen will show the ‘§’ symbol, which is indicative of a successful encoding operation.
2) How to decode a QR Code Image into text (Upload Method) In order to successfully upload a QR Code Image from your device and decode it, please complete the following steps: First of all press the ‘Delete’ button (1) to ensure the screen is clear. Once the screen is clear, touch the ‘upload’ button (2) to invoke your devices image folder. Here you can select any image of your choice. Once the image has been selected, the ‘text box’ (3) will now contain the message that is embedded in the QR Code Image you’ve just selected. QR.EASY automatically decodes the message for you. You will also notice that a copy of the QR Code Image will now be positioned to fit the middle of the sceen (4) The indicator panel (5) will show a ‘+’ symbol, which is indicative of a successful upload and decode operation. Please Note: If you select an image that has no QR Code data in it, a ‘-’ symbol will appear. This is indicative of an unsuccessful decode operation.
3) How to decode a QR Code Image into text (Camera Method) In order to successfully decode a QR Code Image from a camera capture into text in the text box, please complete the following steps: First of all press the ‘Delete’ button (1) to ensure the screen is clear. Once the screen is clear, touch the ‘ Camera Icon ’ (2) to invoke your devices camera. This is where you capture the image of your choice. Your device will ask if you wish to use the photo or retake. Retake if you want a better capture, or press ok to proceed. Once you have pressed ok, the ‘text box’ (4) will now contain the message that is embedded in the QR Code Image captured from the camera (2) . QR.EASY automatically decodes the message for you. You will also notice that a copy of the captured QR Code Image will now be positioned to fit the middle of the sceen (3) The indicator panel (5) will show a ‘+’ symbol, which is indicative of a successful capture and decode operation. Please Note: If you capture an image that has no QR Code data in it, a ‘-’ symbol will appear in the indicator panel. This is indicative of an unsuccessful decode operation.

In order to successfully send a QR Code Image from the QR.EASY dashboard to any other application of your choice, please complete the following steps: First of all please ensure that you have completed tutorial (1) at the top of this page. Once you have done so, to send the generated QR Code Image along with the text in the text box, press (1). This will invoke the send menu (3), giving the option to send the QR Code Image as well as the accompanying text to any other compatible application on your phone. To send the generated QR Code Image without the text in the text box, press (2). This will invoke the send menu (3), giving the option to send the QR Code Image to any other compatible application on your phone.
